1. A deposit of £300 is required to secure your wedding date. In the event of cancellation this is non-refundable. The balance is payable 14 days prior to your wedding.
2. In the event of the client cancelling a booking, Harrison White Photography reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the following scale:
a. If cancelled more than 6 months prior to the wedding - £300 (the deposit)
b. If cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the wedding - 50% of the agreed fee
c. If cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the wedding - 100% of the agreed fee
3. All orders for products must be paid for at the time of ordering.
4. The client shall provide a light meal for the photographers in attendance for any bookings longer than 5 hours. Soft drinks must be made available for all bookings.
5. Travel costs to be discussed and agreed between the client and Harrison White Photography.
6. If the location of the wedding requires overnight accommodation, this expense is to be discussed and agreed between the client and Harrison White Photography.
7. The copyright and ownership of all images and video recorded under the terms of this booking remain with Harrison White Photography. Our packages include a disc of all images at high resolution. The client has the right to make copies of and print from these image files for personal use and for the use of friends & family. Printing, copying or display of these files for commercial gain is not permitted.
8. All original negatives/digital files and video footage remain the property of Harrison White Photography.
9. At the time of booking, specific photographers/videographers will be agreed between Harrison White Photography and the client. However, should sudden illness or any other unforeseen incident prevent a photographer from covering your wedding, an alternative highly skilled photographer will be provided.
10. Harrison White Photography will make every effort to assure your satisfaction according to accepted industry standards. However, due to events outside of the photographer’s control, such as, but not limited to, weather, venue restrictions or short timelines, the production of any specific images cannot be guaranteed.
11. It is understood that, due to the technical limitations of the printing process, the colour reproduction of prints cannot be guaranteed to be identical to those viewed at the proofing stage.
12. Although the photographers/videographers will exercise all reasonable care and diligence in the discharge of their duties, it is understood that, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing loss of all photographic record/video footage, Harrison White Photography will only be responsible for the return of all monies paid to date.
13. The client hereby gives permission for Harrison White Photography to display any images/footage recorded under the terms of this booking for the purpose of promoting Harrison White Photography, such as, but not limited to, brochures, display prints, advertising or website display, providing that these images are used lawfully and without damage to the client
