1. A deposit of £300 is required to secure your wedding date. In the event of cancellation this is non-refundable. The balance is payable 14 days prior to your wedding.
2. In the event of the client cancelling a booking, Harrison White Films reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the following scale:
a. If cancelled more than 6 months prior to the wedding - £300 (the deposit)
b. If cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the wedding - 50% of the agreed fee
c. If cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the wedding - 100% of the agreed fee
3. All orders for products must be paid for at the time of ordering.
4. The client shall provide a light meal for the cameramen in attendance for any bookings longer than 5 hours. Soft drinks must be made available for all bookings.
5. Travel costs to be discussed and agreed between the client and Harrison White Films.
6. If the location of the wedding requires overnight accommodation, this expense is to be discussed and agreed between the client and Harrison White Films.
7. The copyright and ownership of all images and video recorded under the terms of this booking remain with Harrison White Films. The client shall have no right to reproduce, nor to authorise, the reproduction of any photographs or video created by Harrison White Films unless specific permission is granted by Harrison White Films.
8. All original negatives/digital files and video footage remain the property of Harrison White Films.
9. At the time of booking, specific cameramen will be agreed between Harrison White Films and the client. However, should sudden illness or any other unforeseen incident prevent a cameraman from covering your wedding, an alternative highly skilled cameraman will be provided.
10. Harrison White Films will make every effort to assure your satisfaction according to accepted industry standards. However, due to events outside of the cameramans control, such as, but not limited to, weather, venue restrictions or short timelines, the production of any specific images cannot be guaranteed.
11. Although the cameramen will exercise all reasonable care and diligence in the discharge of their duties, it is understood that, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing loss of all photographic record/video footage, Harrison White Films will only be responsible for the return of all monies paid to date.
12. The client hereby gives permission for Harrison White Films to display any images/footage recorded under the terms of this booking for the purpose of promoting Harrison White Films, such as, but not limited to, brochures, display prints, advertising or website display, providing that these images are used lawfully and without damage to the client
